Stability Ball Chest Fly Exercise
Chest and Shoulder Exercise

Strengthen the chest and stabilize the core with the full body challenge of the stability ball chest fly.

This stability exercise will force you to use every muscle in your body to hold yourself in place while strengthening the chest.

Muscles Involved:Pec Major, Pec Minor, Deltoids, Glutes, Hamstrings, Low Back, Abdominals

Sb Chest FlySB Chest Fly

Description:

Start seated on a ball. Roll down so that your head and shoulders are supported by the ball. The hips should be up in line with the shoulders and the glutes contracted.

Hold the weights over the chest with the elbows locked in a slightly bent position, the hands facing in.

Begin by opening the arms and lower them toward the floor. Keep the arms in line with the shoulders.

Focusing on your chest muscles pull the arms back up over the chest to the start position.
