Beach workout for women
Exercises for outside workouts

Looking for a good beach workout?

Whether you are on the beach or just outside, get sweating this summer with this fun and challenging program!

Although you don't need much equipment, there are still a few necessary pieces for this workout.

1. Cones or markers of some sort.

2. Pull up bar or a playground with bars that you can hang from.

3. A Mat.

4. TRX Strap or a Long rope that you can grip onto

5. A medicine ball 4-8kg

Make sure to have plenty of water and try to workout when the sun is low to prevent overheating.

Let's get started!

Warm up by going for a 10 minute jog along the beach or in the neighborhood around the beach. The idea is to get the muscles warm and heart rate up so your body is ready for what's next!

After your warm up make sure to briefly stretch your major muscle groups. Make sure not to hold the stretch for too long or you could actually weaken the muscle. Something we do not want going into a workout. Performing leg swings, rotating the ankles, and arm circles are good to start with.

Follow the exercises in this order.
