Meal planning is the most effective way to stick to a diet but it seems to be the hardest thing for people to do. A lack of preperation usually ends in a poor food choice and last minute decisions. If you stick to the list you won't be bringing home the temptations that kill your diet. 3. Prepare the food.Once you have the food at home there is prep work to be done. Chop up any veggies that you bought for the week. Store them in ziplocks or tupperware in the fridge and use as you need them.
